Visiting at Wellsprings Therapy Centers

Visitors are welcome at our centers, and we have a few requirements as we continue to fight the good fight against COVID-19.

ALL visitors are required to sign in at the front desk, answer the COVID-19 questions, to include if you the visitor(s) are vaccinated, and have their temperature taken by our receptionist or a staff member. If the temperature is 100.0° or greater the visitor will be asked to not visit and leave the center.

We would like to ask that visitors be limited to two at a time, per guest. ALL visitors must continue to wear a medical grade face mask and sanitize hands before and after the visit. Face masks and hand sanitizer are located for your use and convenience at the front desk.

If a guest is in quarantine, visitors are limited to two at a time, maintain social distancing AND these visitors must wear the following personal protective equipment (PPE) a gown, mask, and gloves during the entirety of the visit and will be donned before entry into the room and doffed as the visitor leaves the room. Our staff will assist in this process.

For security, the front doors will be locked at 6:00pm each night and unlocked at 7:00am. The doorbell may be used for afterhours needs. Please know that the doorbell is answered by nursing staff during these afterhours times, so please be patient if they are not at the door immediately.

If any potential visitor has tested positive for COVID-19, has signs or symptoms of COVID-19, or has been told to quarantine for COVID-19, we ask you NOT to visit until you are deemed free of the COVID-19 virus.

If after your visit you do develop signs or symptoms or test positive for COVID-19, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY contact our center in order for our Infection Preventionist to either speak with you then or to contact you upon their notification.
