Wellsprings Therapy Center of Phoenix

Wellsprings of Phoenix is a 5-Star CMS rated post acute rehabilitation center. It is a 36,000 square foot facility complete with 46 private suites, therapy center, pool, and bistro. The facility is adjacent to St. Joseph’s Hospital, a Dignity Health facility. We are proud of the excellence in care that we provide which has earned us an excellent rating with Arizona Department of Health Services.  Wellsprings of Phoenix has earned the honor of being named on the US News and World Report list for Best Short-Term Rehabilitation.
